"Defending Champ" Returns with New Predictions

Jerry Shandrew, also known as "socaladvracer" won the Fantasy Swim prediction contest for the Beijing Olympics, and he returns to compete for the top prize here. He thinks Dana Vollmer and Katie Hoff will join Michael Phelps as three event winners and Phelps will place second to Aaron Peirsol and ahead of Ryan Lochte in the 200 back. He also predicts 2000 Olympic champ Megan Jendrick to return to the National team with a third-place finish in the women's 100 breast and Cal sophomore Caitlin Leverenz will finally get onto the biggest of teams.
